Creating the images was in interresting experience I tell you. When I tried to upload the new files with cyrillic characters in the file name, for a moment I was afraid I had crashed the webhotel's server.

But it worked out... so to all our friends on the country where the sun never sets: enjoy. :)

Smiling atoms, what does that mean. Just got to view your post, and read it yet still dont get what it means. Does it mean that it is responsible for sun rising. Does it bring sun. If it sets sun, then I think it is not only going to be good for the people in Russia but also Australia and other countries where sun never sets.

The only "meaning" with this graphic is the one that is explicitly written on it: that whoever uses these images would answer "yes please" if asked if they want nuclear power to be used.

The original symbol - the smiling sun - had its own meanings... you can read about them here...

It suggest that Russian are very well aware of importance of nuclear energy. Nuclear energy is very much important in generating high amount of electricity for the country. Nuclear is one of the safest and cleanest energy that we should use without any harm for environment. Let your voice be heard as you talk about whether you feel nuclear energy is useful and safe. Give your opinion freely.
